Today my family history classes begin!

A year ago I volunteered to teach a family history class in our neighborhood.  My bookclub girlfriends talked me into doing it.  They all came.  So did a lot of other people.  Then they told other people about it and those people came last winter semester.  Then they told more people about it and today I started my 3rd semester of classes.  What started out as one class for friends I knew has now turned into 3 two-hour classes filled with people from all over the place.  Today more than 250 people came.  It was fun to introduce them to the family history world I live in.

I am always interested in helping others understand how to do family history work.  I think all of us eventually reach a point in our lives where preserving and sharing the history of our family becomes important.  I will do whatever I can to help anyone learn how to do that.

An amazing class. Of the many classes and conferences I have been to this is the best. Most inspiring without the guilt trip. Love the content, emphasis, spirit, your hard work, your amazing ability to teach…. Thank you so much. Carolyn Wallace
