We are celebrating our Pioneer Heritage today here in our Orem neighborhood! We started with a children’s parade at 9:00 this morning, then everyone ended up in our cul de sac at 10:00 for breakfast. Our activities committee served bacon and eggs and pancakes with juice or milk.
We had a short program with some music and words from our bishopric. It was a great gathering–I think we fed about 200 people. We have such a great neighborhood.
I think I’m ready to put my feet up for awhile. We’ve had a lot of parties here this summer.
