Today I went for my Zometa infusion at the hospital in American Fork. This is part of my cancer treatment. I will have these infusions every 6 months as long as I’m taking my daily cancer drug (2 years left).
Today as I waited I looked at this wall of medical supplies and thought about all of the patients who will come here to use these things. We have all battled or are battling cancer. We are still here. We are still here. That is huge.
I am grateful for life. I am grateful for medical professionals who have helped me stay. Every day is a gift. I do not take this time for granted.
