I got to spend a couple of hours at our Days for Girls work rooms at Building Q (for Queens) in Orem while I was home. We were just moving into this space before I left for Washington. Now it’s a full-feature training center and work room for anyone who wants to come learn about DfG or help make kits. There is more information on the DfG Utah facebook page. Hundreds of women come here to learn and to help. What a blessing this is to women and girls all over the world.
I feel this work is like the stone cut out of the mountains without hands described in the book of Daniel. It’s rolling forth and filling the whole earth! Thousands and thousands of kits go our from our Utah groups. What a thrill to see the progress! We have sent out more than 8000 kits from this place since March!
Melissa Clark and Wendy Barton manage what goes on here. Debbie Young oversees the distribution of the kits and she coordinates the work in Utah. There are dozens of other wonderful helpers who are anxiously engaged in this work. I love these women.
Here’s where our Utah kits have gone in the last 3 years:
How wonderful! I would love to of seen you too. It’s amazing to see how the work rolls on!
