We had a great evening with friends and neighbors, celebrating our international roots and travels!  After last year’s event, everyone wanted to do it again, so here we are.  For this ward activity, we had people sign up to bring an international dish of any kind–main, side, or dessert, or to bring items from other countries to use as tables decorations.

This is an easy activity to put together.  We gathered globes for the tables and travel posters to put up around the room.  We provided the paper goods, chips and salsa on each table, a youtube travel video, and some entertainment from a group of BYU International Folk Dancers.  Everyone came with food.  There was plenty and it was delicious!!

John created these posters to put by each of the tables of food from that area.  The stats are interesting, with lots of changes since last year!
