This summer has been filled with family gatherings and farewell parties as we prepare to go.  Today we celebrated Pioneer Day with our Lewis family members, many visiting from out of state.

We are the old ones now.  Our children come with their children.  We sit more and watch more.  We remember those who are no longer here.  The family is changing and growing like a living organism.  We are the next to go.
