We loved wandering on and around Jones Street, where these beautiful homes are found.  The ironwork is incredible.  This is October.  It looks like late summer.  The leaves here don’t really seem to turn colors in the fall but it’s still so beautiful.

In Savannah, when you pay off your mortgage, you paint your front door red. It’s a sign that you own your property.
