We returned home from our trip late last night on the Frontrunner train from Salt Lake. Today was my turn to prepare the lunch meal for my quilt friends. It was a cold wintery day and I made a big pot of my favorite Sweet Garden Chili soup, some cornbread, some fruit and a fall spice cake served with homemade applesauce and whipped cream for dessert. All are my favorite foods!
The red and white Irish Chain quilt above is one I recently finished and brought to show.
