Come meet my friends in Mali, West Africa

Tonight in Salt Lake is our annual fund raising dinner auction for our friends in Ouelessebougou. We work on this auction all year, preparing for a huge festive event hundreds will attend. John and I have spent the morning helping with the set up and in a few minutes we’ll head back for the evening. I’m the photographer in the expeditions we’ve participated in and one of my auction jobs is to put up a display of photos I’ve taken. I thought I’d share a few of them here. I hope you enjoy meeting some of my Malian friends and getting a feel for what their lives are like.
